Yes, entries are capped. Once the entry limit is reached, no additional entries will be accepted.

Is there any prize money on offer?

Will there be a medal awarded to all finishers?

Yes, your medal will be waiting for you at the finish line if you finish the race within the cut-off time.

How many Water Stations will there be on the route?

There will be one approximately every 3km.

Should I run with my club colours?

Yes, you must run with your club colours if you are an ASA registered runner.

Can I enter on the morning at the venue?

All entries are available online and is likely to sell out before the event. Please check the website and our Facebook page closer to the time to see if there are still any entries available.

Will I get a free T-shirt when I enter?

Accepted Answer

No, a free T-shirt is not included with your entry.

However, you can purchase one online during the entry process to make sure you get your official race gear.

I ordered a T-shirt, when and where can I collect it?

Pre-ordered T-shirts will be available for collection at the registration/race pack collection.

I ordered a T-shirt, can I change the size?

Unfortunately not. We only produced exactly what was ordered and therefore we cannot exchage it for another size.

Where can I get my picture?

Accepted Answer

Pictures along the route and at the finish were captured by SMacPix. Full album is available here

You will receive a notification from them when all your pictures are loaded onto their site.

Please search for pictures using your full bib number (0002) or any words or numbers on your kit. You can also search the various albums. Please email info@smacpix.co.za for help.

Can I set up my Club Tent or Trailer?

Club tents and trailers:
Club tents and trailers will be welcomed. Please note that all trailers and tents must be erected at the venue between 12h00 and 17h00 on Thursday 30 April 2026, with no exceptions. You will not be allowed access to the venue before 12h00 or after 17h00 on Thursday 30 April.
NOTE: Access to the venue for cars and trailers on race day (1 May 2026) will NOT be possible at all. 
Please note: No glass bottles will be allowed. This is for safety reasons for rugby matches being played there the following weekend.
Although plenty of security (including armed guards) will be provided for the night, it will be at your own risk.
